As is now traditional (well, three years in a row, see also The Glass Pagoda and Ten Secret Treasures), I collaborated with CTRLZAK Studio and JCP to provide names and narratives for a collection of hybrid but functional art-design objects for sale, with their premiere at the Salone del Mobile of Milan Design Week 2018. Later shown at Paris Design Week too. We got particularly kinky this year, with references to Hans Bellmer and the Marquis de Sade, among others, plus some actual sex toys on the down low… I guess you could use all of these things as sex toys if you work your imagination a bit. There was an associated exhibition at Galleria Bianconi, also in Milan, of individual works by the various people who had creative input on the collective project, including me.
